Maguro Bar is a seafood specialist first and a sushi counter second. We work with sashimi-grade salmon, tuna, lobster, scampi and snapper, and cut it in front of you — so what you take home is as fresh as what a fishmonger would sell you.
Oysters are shucked to order, never pre-opened. Platters are arranged to the size of your table, and our sushi packs are made through the day rather than sitting in a fridge since morning.
